20100907踢踏舞練習[新生北路]

今天跟KENDO一起練習

他是第一次接觸踢踏舞^^

我教了他幾個簡單的練習步

也給大家參考一下(有問題要跟我說阿XD我不太會教)

2.brush toe stomp(R) brush toe stomp(L) brush toe ball change brush toe stomp(R)
brush toe stomp(L) brush toe stomp(R) brush toe ball change brush toe stomp(L)
brush toe stomp+brush toe stomp(連續) brush toe stomp+brush toe stomp(連續)stomp stomp
brush toe stomp(R) brush toe stomp(L) brush toe ball change brush toe stomp(R)

3.brush toe(R) heel(L)heel(R) span(L) heel(R) toe(tip)(L) heel(R)
brush toe(L) heel(R)heel(L) span(R) heel(L) toe(tip)(R) heel(L)

4.toe toe heel heel (toe toe heel heel*3)

5.(為什麼我記得有5樣~"~想不起來了XD)

練到九點開始飄雨~橋下還是會被淋到

就解散了~
